Conococheague Audubon invites anyone to join our field trips free of charge. It’s a great way for beginning birders to get started.

Most (but not all) trips are scheduled on Saturday. If you cannot go on the scheduled day, please contact the leader for a potential mid-week option as he/she scouts the area in advance of the scheduled trip.
Please contact the leader in advance if you plan to go on a trip. Times listed are departure times; please arrive early.


 

Year-round. BIRD WALKS. 7:30 AM first and third Saturdays each month at Renfrew Park, 1010 E. Main St., Waynesboro. Meet in lower parking lot off Welty Road. Led by Larry and Sharon Williams, 717-655-7414.

September 9, 2017, Saturday. 7:30 AM for FALL MIGRANTS. Meet in parking lot of Scotland Exit 20, I-81 northbound. Moderate walk of less than .5 mile in wet grass at Heisey Orchard, then bird by car in Michaux SF from Stillhouse Hollow to Fayetteville. Bring binoculars and snacks. Should end by noon. CORRECTION from September 30 to October 7, Saturday. 7:30 AM. End of FALL MIGRATION along Big Spring in Cumberland County.
